Annual General Meeting 2026

All members are warmly invited to this year’s AGM of The City of Llandaff Petanque Club. It’s your chance to hear how the year has gone, have your say on club matters, and help shape the committee for the year ahead.

Agenda items
In line with our constitution, members may submit proposed and seconded items for the agenda, by email or hard copy to the Secretary, no later than Sunday 25th October (7 days before the meeting). The Secretary will circulate the agenda to all members before the AGM.

Standing for the committee
If you’d like to stand for a committee position, please submit a proposal, seconded by another member, directly to the Secretary or using the form in the shed. Positions up for election are:

• Chair

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• Membership Secretary

• Social Secretary

• Publicity Officer

• Piste Manager

• Management Committee Member

Quorum
The meeting needs at least 16 full members present to be quorate, so please come along if you can.

Buffet and presentations
As always, a buffet will be provided. We hope this year’s competitions will be wrapped up by then so we can present the champions on the night.
